Booth Sizes

Small Booth
Small booths are for up and comers and new to Girl Tribe Pop Up vendors only. This size is best for businesses with a small range of products or goods. Also great for service industry vendors that are just getting started and want to have an on-site presence! The small booth allows for a very small footprint, so keep this in mind when planning your space.

Medium Booth
Our most popular and requested booth size – a medium size booth fits most! A great
option and recommend for businesses in need of multiple tables or racks, with larger
products or a wider range of SKUs. Medium booths are not recommended for boutiques, but are best for jewelry vendors, artists and calligraphers.

Large Booth
Large booths are the size of two mediums combined. These are best for boutiques and businesses that want a space that is versatile and can be open and spacious in order to offer the best shopping experience for attendees. Large booths are also great for service industry vendors that want to allow shoppers into their booth in order to connect and educate!

X-Large Booth
Our largest size booth is best for brands that want to showcase a large amount of product, build complex displays, host an activation, and make a big impact! With an X-Large booth, you’ll have optimum space to make a big impact and create an awesome mini-store front!

Food and Beverage
We welcome all innovative food + drink vendors selling prepackaged craft foods. Other businesses that fall under this category are coffee vendors, ice cream makers, juicers’, and food trucks. If you would like to prepare food onsite, please email popup@girltribeco.com.

Mobile Boutique
Mobile boutiques includes all boutiques that run out of a truck, trailer, airstream, or bus. Mobiles will be configured in a set layout and will have space to merchandise outside of their truck.

VENDOR FAQs
has Girl Tribe Pop Up been postponed or cancelled?
At this time, Girl Tribe Pop Up has been rescheduled for December 12th and 13th 2020. If you have already paid for a vendor booth, your booth fee will automatically be transfered to the new date. If you are still interested in participating or would like to apply, applications are currently open and will stay open on a rolling basis. All current applications that have not yet been reviewed will be valid for the next Girl Tribe Pop Up.
What kind of vendors can apply?
Do I have to live in charlotte to participate?
What is the application process like?
Girl Tribe Pop Up announces the next pop up – then it is on! Applications are open for a short period of time (refer to application for specific window) with a non-refundable application fee (does not go toward the price of your booth if you are accepted). We love full applications with details, product pictures and working links! Applications are required for every unique Girl Tribe Pop Up. Space is limited and vendors are not always guaranteed the size space of their choice. Booth payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable after 24 hours of payment.

As a vendor, we require that you post about Girl Tribe Pop Up several times leading up to the event, that you are a team player and that you love what you do! Vendors must plan to be at their booth for the entire event and are expected to clean up after themselves.
